Scott Playing with fire

I'm sure your mother told you - like my mother told me - not to play with fire. I guess I didn't listen very well. This would be the first attempt at fire in the warehouse. Appropriate for Scott who played right guard for Norman High.

Tomas Lookin' good

It used to be common that senior guys would wear a suit. The suit is now rare, and when it does show up, it is usually doesn't fit and the model looks uncomfortable in it. Tomas would be an exception. Not only did his suit fit, he looked good in it.

Jeremy Ready to Rock

I love my fog machine.

We had done a series of images showing Jeremy playing his bass with he fog rolling to create a "on stage" type look. We stopped for minute, he set the bass down, and this image shot through my brain. I turned off a few lights and fired up some more fog for what would become Jeremy's favorite image.

Taylor Johnson

Taylor and Alex are cousins and did their sessions at the same time - moral support I guess. Taylor is not as out going as Alex. She is quieter and more soft spoken. We had a lot of fun and she loved her pictures.

Alex the ninja

It was really hard selecting one photo from Alex's session. When Alex walked into the studio, he was wearing a shirt that said, "Don't worry, I'm a Ninja." Turns out, he is a Ninja. I thought this captured that.

Ethan Ramey

One of the fun things about being in business as long as I have is working with the same families over a period of time. I photographed Ethan's brother's senior photos a couple of years ago.

Lia against the grain

Lia, and accomplished cellist, wanted a different look with her cello than the normal "performance" look. So we went for contrast - a hard rock t-shirt against hard-edged background. Not very classical, but fun.

"So, what is it like in a house with three seniors?"

"Lots of drama".

Travis brought his car for portraits. Nice lines, nice attitude.

"Air" Austin Allen

If you live and breathe basketball like Austin, then your senior pictures should reflect that. Here we have the "superstar" look.

Sabre Anderson rocks

Sabre is a fun, outgoing young lady in R&B choir. We had a great time and got some great images.

Bryce and Car

I admire anyone who can repair and customize their own car (it's not a talent I posses). Bryce has done a great job with his car and even started his own car club.

AJ's Serious Session

Most guys don't like the whole picture thing. I don't know exactly why. But senior photos are not about stuffing you into something you're not - they're about showing who you are.

AJ brought his guitar and surprised us with the some knives. Attitude is everything.

Aimee's Awesome Session

Aimee's senior session was a blast. She came with a lot of clothes and a great attitude. What I loved the most was her long, blond hair. Oh, yeah, that was fun!

Stephanie's fun Senior Session

Every other time I had previously talked with Stephanie, she was quiet and didn't say much. That's what I was expecting when she came for her session; but I was wrong. 13 years of dance doesn't make one quiet and shy. Stephanie was fun loving and spontaneous, and we had a great time getting some great photos.

Amanda’s Super Senior Session

I had seen Amanda playing on the same volleyball team as my daughter, but hadn't really talked to her much. I knew she had a great smile and that she would photograph well. Amanda turned out to be quirky and whole lot fun! We had a great time on the session and results were fantastic! Thanks for being a model Amanda!

Kyla's Awesome Senior Session

When I started my new studio in a warehouse for High School seniors, I knew I would need some models. Kyla played volleyball on the same team as my daughter; and I knew she would be a great choice because her variety of expressions and fun, spunky personality. Kyla turned out to be a great model with lots of different looks and some attitude to back it up! Awesome shots Kyla!
